As part of our effort to develop the most cost effective financing strategies for our clients, we occasionally prepare special studies or reports to better inform the decision making process. While the content of every study is different, these reports typically address certain aspects of the borrower's existing financial condition and how the various components of a new bond issue might impact their financial standing. The results of these reports are critical to projecting how and where additional debt will impact the borrower.
