Airline Travel

The reward schedule entitles the Janney Montgomery Scott LLC Cardholder to a round trip, scheduled ticket on any United States based airline carrier. Unlike restrictions with many other travel programs or with purchases made on airline carriers directly, Cardholders may purchase tickets using their points without a Saturday night requirement and without blackout dates. The ticket will be a non-refundable, non-changeable airline ticket in the specified class based on the reward schedule shown below, including taxes and designated charges. Additional costs, such as overnight delivery or an upgraded seat, are at the Cardholder's expense. Cardholders may expect to pay any amount over the designated ticket value.

Round trip flights must originate in the 50 United States. Interim stopovers of more than 4 hours and en-route stopovers except to make direct connections are not allowed. Tickets may be purchased in any designated individual's name but must be redeemed by the Cardholder. The choice of airline carrier and traveling dates are at the Cardholder's discretion, subject to availability by the airline carrier. Reservations exclude the use of charters, wholesalers, or consolidators.

Note: Reservations on carriers with records of unreliable service, or other indications of unreliability, may not be available. "Any airline" and "any U.S. based airline" are defined as domestic or international airlines whose schedules, fares, and availability are displayed or published in any airline industry Computer Reservations System, such as SABRE.

Car Rental Certificates

Cardholders may use accumulated points to obtain Hertz car rental certificates to be used at participating Hertz locations in the U.S., Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. The certificates may not be redeemed in whole or in part for cash and shall be considered fully redeemed once surrendered at the time of the rental. If the total rental expense is less than the certificates, there will be no reimbursement for the balance. Certificates are good for one (1) year from date of issuance, and credits for frequent traveler bonus miles points cannot be earned when using the certificates. No blackout dates or capacity controls apply. There is a limit of three (3) certificates that may be used at one time. No other Hertz car rental CDP#, coupon, discount rate or promotion applies. The certificate is not transferable. The renter must meet Hertz age, credit and driver's license qualifications in effect at the time and place of the rental.

Hotel Guest Cheques

Cardholders may use earned points to purchase Marriott Guest Cheques. The Cheques are valid at any participating Marriott Hotels, Resorts, Suites, Courtyards, Residence Inns and Fairfield Inn locations worldwide. Cardholders may use the Cheques toward the cost of accommodations, dining in Marriott restaurants, activities like golf or tennis, and gift shop purchases. Cheques are not redeemable for cash nor will change be given on Cheques presented as payment for goods and services. Cheques are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired, but Cheques are transferable when given as gifts.

Enrollment

Cardholders are automatically enrolled in Janney RewardsSM as soon as they open a Janney Advantage Account and activate their Platinum Debit MasterCard®. Points accumulate each time the Cardholder makes a purchase using their card. Participation is restricted to individuals and U.S. account holders only. Corporations, trusts, partnerships and similar accounts, and individuals maintaining an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) or other retirement accounts are not eligible to participate.

Points Earned

The Cardholder accumulates points on the basis of one point per dollar of net eligible purchases posted to the Cardholder's debit card account, exclusive of cash advances and bill payment transactions through the personal computer. Points do not accumulate for fees of any kind, such as finance charges and unauthorized charges. Points may not be combined with other discounts, special rates, promotions, or other award programs. Points may take up to 60 days to be posted following a qualifying purchase. Accounts will be updated monthly. Cardholders with questions about their points may call Janney RewardsSM customer service toll-free at 1-888-557-1738 between 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET, seven days a week.

Redemption of Points

Cardholders are eligible to redeem points. Points redeemed and expired points will be based on a first-in, first-out process. Points are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used as payment for obligations owed to Janney Montgomery Scott or any of its affiliates. Points are considered fully redeemed when an airline ticket voucher, Cheque or Certificate is issued and mailed to the Cardholder. Tickets/Cheques/Certificates can only be mailed to a US address. Statements

Once the Cardholder has accumulated 5,000 points, quarterly statements will be sent approximately three weeks after the end of each calendar quarter. Statements are mailed under separate cover by Trilegiant Loyalty Solutions. Calendar quarters end at the end of March, June, September, and December. The statements will not show individual transactions but will show accumulated totals for points earned, less any refunds, returns, or adjustments, as well as redeemed and expired points. Balances are posted monthly and mailed quarterly. Quarterly statements will also show points that are due to expire within the following 90 days.

General Information

The Cardholder will earn points when they are posted to Janney RewardsSM redemption system. Points cannot be earned until an account has been assigned. No retroactive credit will be given. Cardholder points may not be combined from different accounts to earn a reward. Points cannot be used in conjunction with other frequency or award programs. The points that the Cardholder earns will expire in four (4) years at the end of the quarter in which they are earned.

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC reserves the right to alter, change, or terminate Janney RewardsSM at any time. This means that Janney Montgomery Scott may initiate changes impacting, for example, earning award points, mileage levels, rules for the use of travel awards, continued availability of travel awards, blackout dates, limited seating for travel awards and features of special offers. Janney Montgomery Scott reserves the right to cancel any reservations or void any documents in connection with such awards and travel arrangements. Janney Montgomery Scott reserves the right to disqualify Cardholders that have violated the redemption rules of Janney RewardsSM.

Janney Montgomery Scott, nor any of its affiliates does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the goods and services by any airline. Tickets are subject to the applicable airline rules and restrictions. Lost or stolen or otherwise destroyed reward tickets, certificates, or documents are not reusable or replaceable. Janney Montgomery Scott, nor any of its affiliates, makes no representations as to current or future tax consequences regarding participation in Janney RewardsSM. Cardholders should consult their own tax advisor for more information. Neither Janney Montgomery Scott, nor any of their affiliates, is responsible for the failure of Trilegiant Loyalty Solutions to provide the benefits under Janney RewardsSM.

Termination

Once a Cardholder's Platinum Debit MasterCard® or Janney RewardsSM Account is terminated, points will no longer be valid and statements will no longer be sent to Cardholders. The definition of termination is located in the Services Program Information Statement and Agreement that is sent to the Cardholder along with the Cardholder's Platinum Debit MasterCard®.
